Reservation Conditions:
Confirmation of reservation - A deposit equal to 100% of the first night's accommodation is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellation of Reservation - A Thirty Dollar ($30.00) administration fee will be charged for all cancellations. Any cancellations made with less than minimum 72 hours (during high season 7 days) notice required notice or non-appearance, will incur the forfeiture of 100% of deposit.
Balance of Accommodation Cost - The balance of your accommodation cost must be paid on your arrival at the Motel.
Check in time: 1.00 pm. Check out time: 10.00 am
Reception hours - Monday to Friday 7am - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 8pm, Public Holidays 8am - 8pm
Guests who are arriving after closing time should contact the motel to arrange for check in.
Other Information - All executive rooms, family room and some standard rooms are upstairs, if you require a downstairs room please advise at time of booking. Standard rooms all face Imlay St, Deluxe and Executive rooms all face Twofold Bay
